What is a greenfield enterprise agreement? Paul |
A greenfield site is a new work site (new factory or whatever) so a greenfield certified agreement is one on the new site. Section 170LL of the Workplace Relations Act says that such an agreement can be made between employers and one or more unions on a new worksite with or without the approval of employees.
