My mother is very ill and I need to spend a couple of days this week taking her to doctors and hospitals. I don't have any annual leave left to take. What can I do? David - Bondi |
Personal/Carers leave is a right in NSW. This is generally taken by using part of your accumulated sick leave. However it is an established practice for some employers to allow employees to use rostered days off, take leave without pay, or make up time in such circumstances
