It sounds like you have the possibility of an unfair dismissal because the company is doing well apparently, and still has work, but are trying to get out of paying you what they initially contracted you to do. You haven't been there long enough for a decent redundancy pay. Also as they are operating and presumably need a call centre manager still, they can't claim your job doesn't exist, particularly as they have only recently restructured to create your position.
