I'm a casual worker in an office but I've been here for a few years. Does my employer have to make superannuation contributions on my behalf? Maree |
Under the Superannuation Guarantee Act your employer should pay contributions if you earn more than $450.00 per month, especially as it would seem you are more or less permanent. Contact the ASU on 02
9264 6821 (NSW branch) or 03 9342 1400 (federal branch)
