Yes, as a long term casual you may claim long service leave. It is probable that you would not be seen by an industrial court as a casual at all because of the long term nature of your work. If you are in NSW this would apply .
If you are casual holiday loading and sick leave should be built into your rate of pay (the various awards covering shop employees and nursery attendants state the rates).
