I am a 'Temp' office assistant - I have been placed with the same business for 12 months for 35 hours a week - what are my rights as far as holidays go. Jenny |
There has been a recent case on the Industrial Relations Commission on this issue.
Office admin - "temps" usually get an additional 9% loading for their annual leave included in their base pay. They do however have the right to take four weeks off each year - but since the annual leave is paid in advance this period would be without pay.
