As an apprentice I have had to suffer through 'initiation' procedures. I can't say anything to anyone at work as it will encourage them and/or turn them even more nasty. What can I do?

This is bullying, and bullying is illegal in Australian workplaces. If you feel that you can not talk to any one at your workplace then you should contact you union, or if you are not a member of a union, then you should call the ACTU Helpline on 1300 362 223.
