Training may be provided by TAFE or another registered training organisation. In some cases, your employer may also provide training. This can only occur however, if you are undertaking a wholly on the job traineeship and/or where the employer is also a registered training organisation. The training provider will however be nominated under your training plan.
If there are any disputes about training you can raise these with your union or alternately if you’re not a union member contact the ACTU Helpline on 1300 362 223. You can also contact your state or territory training authority.
