This is a clear example of sexual harassment, which is illegal and should not be tolerated by any member of the workforce. There are a number of things that can be done to stop this form of harassment. Firstly, you should raise it with your human resources department. If you do not want to do this alone, involve your workplace delegate or health and safety representative if there is one in the workplace.
Sexual harassment is covered by equal opportunity and/or anti-discrimination laws. Your union can provide further information and advice, or contact the Equal Opportunity Commission in your state or territory, or contact the ACTU Helpline 1300 362 223.
