I believe I am being discriminated against because of a disability or Illness, can my employer do this?
|

|
It is illegal for ANY employer to discriminate on the grounds of disability. It is illegal under the Equal Opportunity Act 1995 and the Federal Disability Discrimination Act of 1992. If you believe that you are being or have been discriminated against because of a disability and you wish to pursue it you will need to contact either you union or the Equal Opportunity Commission in your state.
