Rights, obligations and responsibilities

What are the duties of an employee at work? What are the employers obligations? Do I have to wear a uniform? I'm returning from maternity leave what are my rights ...

Can employers in a contract state that casual employees cannot be part of or join a union later if they sign the contract? I was under the impression that this was illegal.

Can my boss force me to work long hours?

I am a 'Temp'office assistant - I have been placed with the same business for 12 months for 45 hours a week - what are my rights as far as holidays go?

I'm employed part-time for 20 hours a week but I now work one day a week extra taking my hours to 27+. When I asked my employer if these extra hours were overtime, I was told no they were part of my normal weekly roster. When I asked if the extra hours added to my holidays, I was told that my employment was only for 20 hours. What is the answer?
