What are the duties of an employee at work?

Broadly the duties can be classified as follows:
- Duty to work in a skilful and competent manner
- Duty to obey an employer’s lawful commands
- Duty to provide faithful service
- Duty not to act in a manner hostile to employers interests
- Duty to observe confidentiality of information
- Duty to account for all money and properties received in the course of
employment
- Duty to make available to employer all inventions conceived in the course of
employment
- Duty to disclose information to employer
