What if my hours of work change on a regular basis?

You are entitled to have your leave pay based on the regular hours you work. If you started working 16 hours per week, but you always or more often than not work 20 hours per week you should be paid 20 hours per week or an average of the hours you work. See your work delegate or contact your union if you are being ripped off.
