My boss has been pressuring me into resigning, but I want to keep my job, what can I do?

This is known as a constructive dismissal. You can not be forced to resign and if you have been then you may be able to make a claim against the employer. If you are a member of a union, then contact them, they will be able to advice and represent you if need be. If you are not a member of a union then contact the ACTU Helpline on 1300 362 223.
