Gold Coast Call Centre Campaign Queensland - The Smart State
Recognition, reward and respect are three issues Gold Coast Call Centre employees need in their working lives. Queensland Council of Unions (QCU) General Secretary Grace Grace said one of the aims of the campaign was to address working conditions. The four week Gold Coast Campaign will include:
"This campaign is also about recognising, rewarding and respecting employees in the call centre industry and to commit employers and the Queensland government to ensure call centre employees are receiving fair and reasonable working conditions," Ms Grace said.
