SOS Gains More Support

Date: 17 April 2000

The second week of the SOS tour proved to be another success, with the collection of a further 1,500 signatures for the FSU's petition to the Federal Government, bringing the total to 5,500 signatures in only two weeks!

The campaign received generous media attention, and the FSU Crew took the opportunity to inform journalists about the need for the Government to
institute a charter of social obligation.

Over the next two months, the FSU will take the campaign through NSW, Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania.

The ambulance will stop in North Western and Central Western NSW this week.
