ACTU Call Centre Seeks OrganiserDate: 04 July 2002
ACTU Member Connect is looking for an Organiser to work in their call centre. If you are looking to work with a union, this could be the ideal opportunity to gain an understanding of organising and the issues facing Australian working people. Job Purpose The ACTU Call Centre can be the first point of contact for union members and non-members. Organisers are required to identify organising leads for unions; provide industrial and membership services information and advice to callers; and conduct member retention campaigns and polling/market research. If you are looking to work with a union, this could be the ideal opportunity to gain an understanding of organising and the issues facing Australian working people.
