| Job Description: |
There is a vacancy for a research analyst / strategic campaigner to join this dynamic research team, based in LHMU's National Office Sydney. The researcher will also interact with LHMU's national strategic campaign staff.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on key industries and industry players, company operations and relevant government regulation;
- Contribute to worker organising campaigns; and
- Work co-operatively as part of a close team.
Skills and qualifications
- Background in union, community, student or other social justice organising
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
- University degree preferred
- Financial analysis or corporate research experience helpful, but not required
