The Finance Sector Union with members in all parts of the Finance Industry is seeking to appoint a Strategy and Campaigns Co-ordinator to its Victorian/Tasmanian Branch.
|

| Job Description: |
Reporting to the Victorian/Tasmanian Local Executive Secretary, the Strategy and Campaigns Co-ordinator is responsible for developing and drafting detailed Vic/Tas workplans to give effect to the FSUs national plan as well as developing and implementing complimentary local campaigns. In addition the Strategy and Campaigns Co-ordinator will assess whether the Vic/Tas operation is implementing its workplans.
The successful applicant will also assist organisers to understand what is required from them in relation to the workplans and develop tools that can assist in implementing these workplans.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
You will require a high level understanding of what is involved in developing and implementing member based campaigns together with excellent organisational and communication skills.
An understanding of and commitment to the principles of organized labour and unionism is essential.
