The Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers, Australia, invites applications for the position of Union Organiser, based in Sydney, to assist us increase our membership in NSW. APESMA represents professional employees in industrial matters in many industries and professions and has 25,000 members nationally.

| Job Description: |
We are seeking an enthusiastic person to work at the grass roots level to help our members build their collective strength. The successful applicant will also have the opportunity to undertake bargaining and negotiations on behalf of our members.
|
| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
Ideally we are looking for an experienced organiser, however the position can be adapted to provide on the job and formal training to a less experienced applicant.
Applicants should have a commitment to Trade Union principles and enthusiasm for further increasing our membership and supporting our delegate networks.
