The Finance Sector Union invites applications for a Lead Organiser vacancy within it's Queensland Operation
|
|
| Job Description: |
The Lead Organiser will be responsible to the Queensland Local Executive Secretary and will be required to lead a team of organisers by promoting recruitment of members to the Union, effectively organising specific workplaces, determining industrial priorities and influencing the union's enterprise bargaining and industry campaigns.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
A commitment to and enthusiasm for trade unionism is essential, together with excellent communication skills to effectively represent the Union to members and potential members.
|
|
| Desired: |
Knowledge of contemporary industrial relations issues and practices, award and legislation interpretation skills and industry or trade union experience will be highly regarded.
|
|
| Salary: |
A salary range from $65,028 - $71,468 is offered subject to experience.
|
|
