The FSU is the trade union for the banking, insurance and finance industry. We are looking for a temporary field Organiser to join our Sydney Office.

| Job Description: |
You will be responsible for encouraging workers to join the Union and act collectively for better working conditions. You will do this by visiting workplaces, recruiting members and workplace leaders, and developing their confidence and skills.
|
| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
The position would suit a person with good communication and presentation skills, a demonstrated dedication to the principles of trade unionism and the ability to work in a flexible way.
|
|
| Desired: |
No formal qualifications are required, but previous experience in a similar role, or as a union delegate would be an advantage.
|
|
| Salary: |
A salary between $48,769 and $56,994 is offered subject to experience and qualifications. The FSU also offers other excellent working conditions including employer superannuation of 15%.
