Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative and clerical support relating to membership processing and ensure a high level of customer service.
The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate their ability to update and maintain the membership database, process payments by cheque, money order, credit card, direct debit and cash as well as process, allocate and produce reports for Payroll Deductions (PRDs). The position is also responsible for providing information and assistance to members regarding their membership by telephone and in writing.
The Membership team currently provides coverage to our members from 8.30am until 7pm, Monday to Friday. You will be required to participate in a roster arrangement in which you will be required to work the afternoon shift.
