Applicants must have substantial experience as an Industrial Officer.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
It is essential that the Industrial Officer is able to:
XNegotiate with hospital management, employer associations and Government departments XPrepare submissions, reports and policy papers on issues affecting the health and community services industry XProvide advice and award/EBA interpretation to organisers XRepresent the Branch before Industrial Tribunals.
The Officer must have a relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience. Experience in the health industry would be an advantage. Current drivers licence is essential.

| Salary: |
Salary package of approximately $106,500-$119,100, including fully maintained vehicle. Excellent conditions including 5 weeks annual leave per annum.
