The National Tertiary Education Union (Victorian Division) covers nearly 10,000 members employed in universities, associated companies, Research Institutes, TAFE, student unions and adult and community education. The NTEU maintains a Branch Office at most Victorian universities. The Unions membership includes Academic, General staff, Research and Professional staff.
The NTEU is a vibrant and active union that engages in membership organisation and representation, enterprise bargaining, and institutional, sectoral and public campaigning.

| Job Description: |
This is an on-going full-time position, located in the NTEU Victorian Division office. As part of a Division team, the successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating aspects of the unions campaigns (organising, recruitment, industrial and political), the production of campaign materials (including printed and online materials) and various communications requirements (including media management, union publications etc). The position will report to the Victorian Division Secretary.

| Salary: |
Remunerated within the following range: (depending on skills and experience) NTEU level 5/6 ($56,061 - $60 611 / $63,291 - $69,385) + 17% employer superannuation contributions. Terms and conditions for both these positions are covered by a national collective agreement which has terms comparable with NTEU members in the industry.
