Job Description:

Challenging Industrial Relations Career Opportunity

VICTORIAN BRANCH LEAD ORGANISER / ORGANISER

APESMA's Victorian Branch is looking for staff who can contribute to our organising efforts in either a Lead Organiser or Organiser position (2 positions available). Organising efforts will be focused on recruitment opportunities, developing campaigns in key industries, and a workplace visits program. The Branch is looking for individuals who can lead this effort, develop plans for implementation, and contribute to developing the skills and abilities of staff.

The successful candidates will have the following:

Highly developed skills in organising techniques, or the ability to acquire them Excellent communication and campaigning skills High standard of customer service Experience in public speaking is desirable and a drivers licence is essential.
