If the answer is yes, the FSU is looking for an Advocate to join our Queensland Office for a temporary period of 12 months.

| Job Description: |
You will be responsible to the Local Executive Secretary for providing members with high quality advice and support in disputes, including representing members to management and negotiating solutions to problems.
|
| Experience & Qualifications |
| Desired: |
There are no formal pre-requisite qualifications for this role, however previous experience or a background in law, advocacy or as a union delegate would be an advantage.
This position would suit someone with good communication and presentation skills, a demonstrated dedication to the principles of trade unionism, and the ability to work in a flexible way.

| Salary: |
A salary from $48,769 - $56,994 is offered subject to experience and qualifications, plus superannuation and excellent working conditions.
