| Job Description: |
The ACTU Call Centre is often the first point of contact for workers wanting to seek advice about work place issues and/or join a Union.
Our Call Centre Organisers provide industrial advice and referral as well as facilitate Union membership and involvement in a broad range of campaigns.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
1.Demonstrated commitment to Union principles & social justice.
2.Customer service experience
3.Excellent communication skills
4.Ability to work in a team environment
5.Good organisational skills
6.Good computer skills

| Desired: |
1.Experience as a Union activist or Delegate 2.Call Centre experience an advantage
|

| Salary: |
$42,304 plus 15% Super
|
 |
