1.To provide secretarial, administrative and project support 2.Manage the diaries of the National Secretary including the co-ordination of meeting schedules and the preparation of meeting documentation notes, agenda and minutes.
3.Organise meetings and events including booking and preparation of venues.
4.Assist with or undertake research or specific projects as required.
5.Booking, preparation, set up and take down of meeting rooms 6.Organise interstate and overseas travel including the booking and confirmation of flights, accommodation, travel documentation, insurance cover and preparation of itineraries.
7.Produce high quality documentation including minutes, agenda, briefing papers, letters, speeches and submissions.
8.Draft the content of documentation for meetings, briefings and correspondence.
9.Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications including proactively prioritising issues, and systematically filing and storing hard copy and electronic files.
10.Maintain and develop organisational databases 11.Assist with general administrative support requirements including reception duties.
12.Liaison with Officers, industrial, research, administrative staff across all TCFUA branches 13.Liaison with other unions, organisations, industry representatives, government and media.
