APESMA represents professional employees in industrial matters in many industries and professions and has 25,000 members nationally.

| Job Description: |
We are seeking an enthusiastic person with good communication and networking skills to work at the grass roots level to help our members build their collective strength. We are looking for an organiser to work with our delegates to increase membership density and participate in areas of our existing membership. The successful applicant will also have the opportunity to undertake bargaining, negotiations, and advice to our members who are employed on collective and individual agreements.
Applicants should have a commitment to Trade Union principles and enthusiasm for further increasing our membership and supporting our delegate networks.
