| Job Description: |
The HSU Health Professionals Branch seeks an Industrial Officer/Organiser who will be required to liaise with, advocate for represent Health Professionals in their workplace as well as to prepare and present cases before the Australian industrial Relations Commission or a similar body.
|
| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
The successful applicant will have the following:
Sound working knowledge of the industrial relations system, with an ability to prepare and present cases before the Australian Industrial Relations Commission or similar body
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability with legislation and Award interpretation
Experience in negotiating and/or dispute resolution experience
Proven ability in organising
Current drivers licence.
