| Job Description: |
The ACTU Call Centre is often the first point of contact for workers seeking advice about workplace issues or joining a Union.
Our Call Centre Organisers provide industrial advice and referral as well as facilitating Union membership and campaigns.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
1 Demonstrated commitment to Union principles & social justice.
2 Customer service experience
3 Excellent communication skills
4 Ability to work in a team environment
5 Good organisational skills
6 Good communication skills

 |
| Desired: |
1 Experience as a Union activist or Delegate
2 Call Centre experience an advantage
|
 |
| Salary: |
$43,396 plus 15% super
|
 |
Additional Information: |
Applications for part-time work are welcome (minimum 2-days per week)
