Resolve member claims for unpaid workers compensation entitlements.
Process back pay claims, including calculations of award breaches.
Provide accurate information to field organisers and delegates.
Recruitment and retention of union members.
Respond to relevant emails and faxes.
Administration duties, including letters to employers & updating of databases.
