Salary range $58,344 to 66,664 + super (depending on experience)
The position is responsible for the provision of quality industrial services including advocacy, negotiation, case preparation, policy development, research support and general industrial services on behalf of the Union.
The position reports to the Manager Legal & Industrial.

Ability to advocate in State/Federal Industrial Tribunals
Indicate experience in the conciliation and/or arbitration of disputes including Awards, Collective Agreements, Unfair Dismissals.
Identify knowledge of various Industrial instruments
Excellent communication, verbal and writing skills
Excellent negotiation and representation skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
Demonstrate a commitment to Trade Unionism including.
