The National Office of the National Union of Workers is seeking the services of an Industrial Officer based in Melbourne.

| Job Description: |
The position will include tasks such as advocacy in relevant industrial tribunals, general industrial research, negotiation and bargaining as well as co-ordinating national organising campaigns and working with members of the Union.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
The applicant should have a strong commitment to the labour movement and a capacity to handle a heavy workload. Highly developed writing, negotiation and communication skills are essential.
desired: Tertiary qualifications in such areas as law, economics and humanities etc. are desirable but not essential. The applicant must also have a current drivers licence.

$55,273 - $61,375 plus superannuation
