LHMUs campaigns are run to give workers voice, respect, improve their jobs, help shape their industries and change their lives. Being an LHMU organiser means you get to organise new members into the union, develop workplace leaders and be be part of these campaigns.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
You must have a commitment to the labour movement, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
|
 |
| Desired: |
Previous experience as a union or community organiser and/or experience working with migrant and non-english speaking background communities is highly desirable.
|
 |
| Salary: |
Remuneration will be in accordance with the LHMU conditions of employment.
