| Job Description: |
A Fulltime position exists working within the Central QLD Coal Industry. The role includes participating in planning, implementing, and reviewing organising campaigns in targeted non-unionised workplaces.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
Previous workplace organising would be an advantage, but is not essential. You must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and creative enabling you to perform in challenging role within a difficult environment. You will need to be committed to trade unionism. High standards of listening, verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Good written communication skills, general computer skills and current drivers license are required.
