| Job Description: |
As an Organiser with the Alliance you will focus on strategic campaigning aimed at organising our industries, growing union membership and developing members and activists. Knowledge of the industries and the legal framework of people working in the industry and/or experience in the trade union movement is desirable.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
Depending on experience, completion of a Certificate IV in unionism or willingness to undertake the course as part of your ongoing training.

| Desired: |
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate initiative, excellent communication and negotiation skills and hold a current drivers licence.
|
|
| Salary: |
Salary will be by negotiation, based on experience.
