We a have a national staff of 110 with offices in each capital city and a national membership of 25,000. The Association invites applications for the position of Industrial Relations Assistant.

| Job Description: |
This position would suit a recent, or soon to be, Graduate in industrial relations with good office skills. Your role will be to manage the administrative tasks of our industrial relations and membership recruitment activities, to maintain industrial information, answer member queries and provide secretarial support. You will also have the opportunity to participate in research, membership recruitment and retention activities.
Applicants should have good communication skills, computer skills and a commitment to Trade Union principles.

| Salary: |
A commencing salary is negotiable in the range of $35,000 to $45,000.
