The Australian Union movement is seeking people who are committed to pursuing the rights of all working Australians to become trainee organisers for various unions throughout Australia.
Training is two-fold. On the job training with a union and formal training via a 10 month course (Certificate IV) with the Australian Council of Trade Unions. (Do not let the prospect of trainee wages deter you. Although some unions do pay trainee wages, many now pay higher rates of pay).
