| Job Description: |
If the answer is yes then the FSU is looking for an Industrial Officer who can assist in the development and implementation of industrial strategies and campaigns, negotiate national agreements, visit work places and build activism. The position is a permanent full-time role based in the FSU's National Office in Melbourne.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
To be considered for this role you will need a commitment to the principles of organised labour and unionism together with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Applicants will also require a high level of knowledge and experience in strategic campaigning, industrial issues and negotiations.

| Salary: |
A salary from $61,741 to $78,053 is offered subject to experience and qualifications. The FSU offers other excellent working conditions including employer superannuation contributions of 15%.
