Data entry in the processing, running and follow up in all matters of accounts receivable using Microsoft Access, including processing of membership fee payments (cheques, credit card, & payroll deductions).
Follow up membership account enquiries with clients & branches.
Generating and mailing invoices.
Customer Service duties including answering phones, liaising with clients.
Perform daily bank reconciliation & resolve discrepancies.
Monthly entries into Cashman
MEMBERSHIP
Management & maintenance of the membership [and other] database/s using Microsoft Access and creating reports/queries/forms as required or requested by other Officers or the Executive.
Prepare new membership propositions.
Process membership matters [new/resignations/transfers etc].
Maintain Employment Roster Database [Microsoft Access] and distribute rosters to employers & branches fortnightly.
GENERAL ADMIN/ OFFICE DUTIES
Typing & formatting of documentation [reports, agendas, minutes, correspondence] and where necessary distributing to Clients/Branches/Executive/Councillors.
Preparing reports/tables/mailing lists/mailing labels using Microsoft Access/Excel.
Preparing monthly mail out and distribution of Head Office report.
Managing mail both inbound and outbound, and email.
Photocopying, faxing, filing.
Maintain Email Distribution Lists for regular email reporting.
Some events management.
Some general reception duties.
Organising courier pickup.
