CFMEU Construction & General Division National Office is based in Sydney and the National Deals wtih Federal Issues and the State Branches for the Construction Industry.

Job Description:

Information and Records Manager. The position is responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the organisation Records and Library Department on a day to day basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for the capture, classification, indexing, creation of files and control of all records received and created by the Office.

Experience & Qualifications
Essential:

Relevant Qualification in Records, Archives, Library or Information Management
* Demostrated experience in using online information services
* Demostrated experience in Legal/Industrial Research Services.
* Demostrated understanding of the Industrial Relations system.
* Demostrated Ability to utilise computerised Records Management and Inforamtion Systems (preferably Recfind)
* High level content analysis, organisational and documentation skills.
* Well Developed interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
* Sound judgement and discretion with confidential information.
* Sound key boarding skills, advanced knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.
* Understanding the Archive process

* Admistration Knowledge in Rec-Find

Salary:

Wages and Conditions as per the CFMEU C&G National office Officers Agreement.
