| Job Description: |
Melbourne's casino has a diverse workforce including hotel housekeepers, security guards, dealers, waiting staff and many more. Casino staff expect a strong, powerful and hard-working union team.
The Lead Organiser will"
Lead and manage a team of organisers
Script and debrief organisng conversations. Run activist and delegate committee meetings. Liaise with employers as directed. Track, analyse and report on the teams organising work. Support the objectives of the union as a whole. Perform the same organising tasks as team members as required.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
At least one year's organising experience. Demonstrated success at frowing union membership. Passion for the union movement. Ability to work long and unpredictable hours,. Drivers Licence. Experience in union, community, social justice, student or other activist campaigns. Community languages a plus.
