| Job Description: |
Industrial services to ASMOF members, including advice in relation to awards and agreements, representation in meetings with employers, and general employment advice;
Information services to ASMOF members, including State and Federal newsletters and the ASMOF website;
Participation in membership recruitment and retention activities; and,
Assisting the senior industrial staff and in-house solicitor with on line research and other support.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in industrial relations, general familiarity with the NSW or Federal industrial systems and high level of computer literacy. A commitment to trade union principles.
|
|
| Desired: |
This position would suit a graduate in law, industrial relations or similar who is looking for a challenging start to his/her career. A renewable 12 month contract will be offered in the first instance. Flexible working arrangements may be possible for part-time study purposes.
|
|
| Salary: |
$50,000.00 to $60,000.00 negotiable, depending on experience.
