APESMA is a registered state and federal union covering a range of professionals including engineers, scientists, pharmacists, surveyors, architects, vets, IT and other professionals and managers.
We are seeking an organiser to work in our Adelaide Office.

| Job Description: |
This role will predominately undertake organising functions that include:(1) development & implementation of organising plans in designated workplaces; (2) identification & development of workplace representatives; (3) conduct of student recruitment programs; and (4) conduct & participation in student conversion to membership programs.
Where required, the organiser will also assist in the negotiation & representation of member interests and provision of assistance and advice to individuals and groups of members.

| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
Sound knowledge and experience in an organising role.
|
|
| Salary: |
An appropriate package commensurate with skills and experience, including a subsidised vehicle, will be negotiated.
