| Experience & Qualifications |
| Essential: |
Key Selection Criteria
• Union organising experience, or similar
• Experience in the training and development of delegates and union officials
• Sound knowledge of training content, including organising techniques
• Proven ability to teach and mentor others
• Contribute to the development and implementation of activist and organiser training and development, consistent with Branch organising plans
• Proven ability to assess skills and knowledge of activists and organisers
• Demonstrated commitment to union values

| Salary: |
• Salary range: $70,296- $80,071 (dependent on experience) + superannuation
• Some travel may be required from time to time
|

Additional Information: |
Reporting Structure
• Responsible to and reports directly to the Training Co-ordinator
• All duties undertaken at the direction of the Training Co-ordinator
