This is achieved through representing individuals and the membership at large both in the workplace and in the broader industry.

Job Description:

Your role as the Membership Coordinator will be two fold; firstly you will be responsible for identifying employment issues that need addressing and then planning effective campaigns to raise awareness and influence change, and secondly you will also focus on recruitment and retention of members, ensuring their support and committment.

Experience & Qualifications
Essential:

Having either worked in a union setting, or with an interest in industrial relations, you will have outstanding verbal communication skills along with an excellent writing ability. You will be able to identify and promote industrial relations issues, and have the ability to earn respect and build rapport along with maintaining high levels of enthusiasm and drive.

Desired:

Relevant qualifications in human resources, legal or industrial relations will be highly regarded.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience
