We are currently seeking a supervisor for our out-bound and in-bound call centre. This is a new role and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our recently established centre.
desired: You will be an experienced call centre supervisor and operator, who can train and coach others, develop scripts, work effectively with business systems, IT and databases and analyse results.
You will enjoy being hands on, working as a part of a small team and undertaking member recruitment and retention calls.
A commitment to the principles of unionism will be highly regarded.
