Major Functions:
- Provide secretarial duties to the Union Executive (State Secretary and Assistant State Secretary)
- Diary Management for the Executive
- Arranging travel itineraries for the executive
- Managing correspondence including emails
- Take and screen calls for the Executive
- Co-ordinate all meetings for the Executive Committee
- Recording minutes for various meetings
- Co-ordinate media contact and public relations for the Executive
- Co-ordinate with government department officers
- Shared reception duties
